Rod “Ching” Batimana

Rod “Ching” is a dedicated Realtor with Blue Pacific Realty and an active member of the Guam Association of Realtors (GAR). He is passionate about guiding his clients through every step of the real estate process, whether they are buying, selling, leasing, or managing properties. His focus is on making each client feel informed and confident as they navigate their real estate journey.
In addition to his work as a Realtor, Ching is a licensed insurance agent, specializing in property and casualty, life insurance, and employee group benefits. He is also a Notary Public, commissioned by the Office of the Attorney General of Guam, further expanding his expertise in serving clients’ diverse needs.

Beyond his professional life, Ching has a deep love for music, spending time teaching the island’s young musicians. He was recently honored at the music gala for his contributions to the local music scene, showcasing his commitment to the arts and the community.
