Kyoko Matsumoto

Kyoko Matsumoto started her real estate career on Guam after she moved from San Diego California in 2008, and has been able to establish herself as a very capable and hands-on agent that will go the extra mile for her sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants no matter the size of the transaction. Kyoko has been involved in a number of transactions from her instrumental role in 2011 in a sale of a major hotel in Tumon, to a number of smaller transactions with the same amount of care and diligence for everyone she works with. At present she maintains and manages several properties for off-island owners.

Kyoko has a hands-on approach to assisting anyone who is seeking to acquire or sell their real estate properties, and will strive to achieve the best outcome for her clientele.
