Yingjie ("Virginia") Liu Fee

Virginia was born and raised in Guangdong, China and is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Shortly after she moved to Guam over a decade ago, she earned a Master’s in Business Administration and was hired at a local construction company, where she learned the intricacies of project planning and led her team to winning a major bid for a Guam Power Authority renewable energy project.

Virginia became a realtor in 2015 and has since used her experience in project development to help her clients navigate the requirements of local government agencies and her business knowledge to assist them develop their projects.

Virginia’s clients have ranged from young families looking for their first starter homes to multinational bank looking for large commercial spaces, from independent contractors buying their first lots to large corporations acquiring beach property for hotels projects. No matter who her client is, Virginia has the experience and expertise to help them through every step of the process of buying, selling, leasing, managing and/or developing.
