Kindly advise clients of the pre-qualification process which includes the following: Rent payment ability: Ideally, monthly income should be at least 3 x the rent rate. Rental Application – please use HPI Rental Application Application Fee must be paid in cash ($35-primary + $25 ea additional person 18yr's of age or older). Application fee is non-refundable. Proof of income -Verification of Employment or 2 most recent check stubs Copy of Photo I.D. -for all adults to reside in the unit Full security deposit must be paid (in cash or certified funds) to Listing Agency in order for the listing to be taken off the market. First month's (pro-rated) rent must be paid to Listing Agency on or before move-in date. Move-in will be scheduled within 10 days of approved and accepted offer. When preparing the lease kindly indicate the following: 1. In reference to paragraph 4 security deposit item B, security deposit is returned within 14 days. 2. In reference to paragraph 6 late charge item A, late fee will be equal to 10% of the rent rate.
