Kamaka Moylan Alston

Kamaka is a dedicated real estate professional with over 15 years of experience. She specializes in BPO (Buyer’s Price Opinion) bringing extensive knowledge and insight to every transaction.

She has helped federal government agencies like the USCG to find off base commercial spaces. It is those opportunities that have provided her the experience to assist clients with federal bids in order to secure other commercial spaces.

Outside of real estate, Kamaka is a passionate paddler, having represented Guam’s National Team in outrigger canoeing. She was also a part of the ladies’ team that took first place in the MicroCup Palau for sprints and distance. As an avid swimmer, she has completed the Coco Crossing twice for fun with a swim group, revealing the open ocean’s challenges.

She also enjoys road cycling, having placed third in the 105km division of the 2022 Tour of Guam and an enthusiastic golfer.
